Anna Traniello

Anna has more than 17 years’ experience in financial services marketing working in-house for large and small organisations across multiple products, asset classes and investment strategies. She has planned and delivered large scale marketing and communications strategies with global reach. Her expertise encompasses strategy and planning, project management, brand development, campaign management, fund/investment propositions and content strategy.

Backed by her extensive marketing experience, Anna has also worked closely with company leaders and talent acquisition teams to help them craft and communicate an authentic employer brand and employee value proposition. She is truly passionate about bringing together great organisations and great people and does this by developing and implementing strategies that support and differentiate their employer brand, actively communicates their values and employee value proposition aimed at attracting top talent and driving internal engagement.

Anna loves developing and empowering teams, family-life, good food and drink, and bending over backwards (in her pilates class!)

Kate Jones
Co-founder
Compliance

Kate has worked for the last 17 years in the world of compliance for both large multinational companies and small start-ups. She has held senior compliance roles in the insurance, mortgage and real estate asset management sectors. She has set up compliance functions from scratch as well as running European-wide compliance teams and projects. Kate has a master’s in law, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is a school governor.

Kate is a natural problem solver and loves being with her family and friends and being active - whether it is skiing down a mountain, playing tennis or just walking her two Labradors.
